The next iteration of Grumpy the Cat vs. The Genius Rat Swarms! is complete and we'll upload the new version when the jam is over.

A few people have found the game difficult, but after a bit more play testing, I don't think much needs to be done there. There is enough ammo in the first couple of areas to push through to the yellow key, and if the Rat Holes are closed and ammo isn't wasted on the Boomers, it might even be too easy. A few replays should take care of any difficulty a player experiences.

Version 1.2  includes:

• Significant performance improvements
• Significantly improved minimap and cat-sense blips.
• Initial on-screen hints

After that, we're going to add more floors, new graphics,  and new weapons and enemies

• Bruiser Rats - tougher commandos with Rambo muscles, guns, and smart stalking AI
• Brainey Rats - engineer rats that set traps and plant auto-tracking turrets,
• New traps, obstacles, hazards, and puzzles
